Last night I'm designing a chandelier for the initial start of a job. The client provided a rough concept and even though their math doesn't work, I have a place to start. I realize starting the sketch that this is not what I would consider an attractive design complemented with a low budget. Working with clients do you find your self in a position that you can forge better than they draw? Is the pencil mightier than the hammer? Do you just do wtvr they want and that's enough? Always hungry for work but I am curious if anyone has boundaries they won't cross. Forge something that you know you could do better but it's clear they don't want that. Sound off if you like. #blacksmith #DirtySmith #blacksmithing #toolporn
